On the death anniversary of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, revered as the ‘Missile Man of India’ and the ‘People’s President’, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana, paid homage to the legendary visionary whose life and ideals continue to inspire generations.
The students were acquainted with the remarkable life, ideals and enduring legacy of this iconic personality. The programme highlighted Dr. Kalam’s unwavering endeavour to transform ordinary potential into extraordinary achievement by nurturing the abilities of India’s youth. Emphasising the transformative power of education, his inspiring thoughts were shared, along with the significance of general, vocational and technical education in shaping capable and productive human resources.
As a special feature of the programme, an ATL Innovation Time was conducted, providing students with a platform to present their innovative ideas and explain their practical significance and real-world applications. The activity reflected Dr. Kalam’s vision of nurturing curiosity, creativity and problem-solving abilities among young minds.
